Parking

In addition to being on the #15 bus line, There are two public parking lots directly behind The People's Building and there is ample parking behind the library and on the street.

The Flex

The Flex is an open 2,200 square foot area providing space for larger activities and events. The Flex includes telescopic theater seating that can readily be extended to provide 192 cushioned, seats. The Hall also includes theatrical curtains for theatrical and dance performances. It also has very limited theatrical lighting, hung lighting truss, a lighting board, audio/visual equipment and hookups, and ample electrical connections and capacity to support a multitude of activities and events.

Liquor License

The Gallery offers approximately 1,100 square feet of space perfect for a small, intimate gatherings. It can be rented independently or in conjunction with The Flex. The area has a limited arrangement of furnishings and hosts the liquor license for the building. Additional cost may occur for TIPS certified bar tender and security.
